All payments will be made to ECS WEST our parent organization.

We manage this connection for you seamlessly. We do not directly provide social media management services and are no longer a registered company.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing clear instructions, content, and assets to the Freelancer for the requested service.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content created by the Freelancer before it is published on your social media channels.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and social media platform terms of service when using the Services.

4. Freelancer Responsibilities

Freelancers are independent contractors and are not employees of 50dollarsocial.
Freelancers are responsible for delivering the Services in accordance with your instructions and the agreed-upon timeframe.
Freelancers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and social media platform terms of service when providing the Services.

5. Payment Terms

You agree to pay the agreed-upon fees will go to the Freelancers through the Website’s secure payment system.
50dollarsocial may charge a transaction fee for using the platform to connect with Freelancers.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with your content and social media accounts.
Freelancers retain ownership of any intellectual property rights they create for you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Disclaimer

50dollarsocial does not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or results of any Services provided by Freelancers.

8. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Website for any reason, at any time, without notice. You may terminate your use of the Website at any time.
